Dorina Galambos, singer, songwriter, and lyricist, was born on November 12, 1983, in Budapest. She began studying singing at the age of 16. In 2010 she graduated from the jazz department of the University of Music and Performing Arts.
In 2003 she reached the finals of the first series of the television talent show Megasztár. Two years later, she released her first album, Játékország. She is a founding member of the band Mrs. Columbo, formed in 2008, together with double bassist Zsófi Hudák. In 2013 their first album, (re)make up, won the Fonogram Award in the "Domestic Jazz Album of the Year" category.
Her other band is River of Lust, formed in 2015. In addition, she is the frontwoman of YZZO, Szilárd Piano Projekt and Tulpa, and also performs as a guest artist at Group'n'Swing concerts.
Throughout her diverse career, she has sung in numerous productions ranging from pop to jazz and alternative genres. She has performed throughout Europe and in the United States. In 2025 she was given the Artisjus Prize.
